Tips for Oily Complexion

Tips for Oily Complexion

More about hydrating

One hydrating cream for day and one for night. Or both from same line. But maybe I don’t need a night creme, because facials are better. But which one? And what kind of make-up remover is better for my complexion? These are some questions what you’re asking every day. You can find the answer here!

Oily complexion

How you recognize it: It’s sticky, oily and without suppleness. The pores are dilated, with sebum-excess and is predisposed to pimples.

Advantages: It wrinkles harder.

Taking-care: Use cosmetic products for oily skin. The idea, that oily skin doesn’t need creams and facials is very wrong, because this type of complexion dehydrate too.

At day: If you have this type of complexion, you must clean it with make-up remover and tonic lotion (with or without alcohol). This has the role to remove better the sebum-excess. If your skin has pimples too, clean it with special soap with sulphur, then rinse it water copiously.

At night: Your night cream must be for oily skin too.

Facials: It’s true that you must use facials more rare (once a week), but is obligatory to choose the absorbent ones, with kaolin-base, with yeast, citric fruit extracts and egg-white. And after your take off the mask, apply some compresses, to close the pores. Let them to take action for 15 minutes.

Exfoliation: You can forget about exfoliating, mostly about the rougher ones! Use just once a month and after apply a hydrating facial. Or you can take steam-bath made with chamomile flowers or salvia.

Make-up: Don’t ever apply the face foundation without applying before a hydrating cream. Otherwise the complexion will dry more. The best would be to use creamy blushes. Also, get used to keep a spray with thermal water in your bag, to pulverize it on your face when you feel that your complexion “tightens”.

*Attention! Dry complexion must be not cleaned with tonic lotions which contains alcohol!

Try this at home:

Prepare a mask with a yolk mixed with a spoon of olive-oil, one of wheat flakes and a teaspoon of honey.
Apply it on the well-cleaned face, then rinse it with warmish water.
Mix 10 grams of linden tree-honey with 20 ml of milk and 5 grams of wheat husk. Let it for 10 minutes on the face.
