It's up to you :
LIPOSUCTION OR FATSUCTION
Until two decades ago, people thought “staying chubby is nicer and staying chunky is healthier and so on. The fads and fancies of the new century are “stay slim” and “keep slender” exercise centers, weight reduction clinics, wrap centers and jazzercise tapes are seen all over the world today trying are to help the people melt their fat away.
Lipectomy means “removal of fat by surgery. In suction assisted lipetomy or Lipolysis, the surgeon loosens and removes fat from an area by using long or short metal tubular instruments connected to a suction machine or syringe. The suction tubes are usually made of stainless steel. The tips are blunt. The tubes have 1-5 holes near the tip on one side or on different sides. The suction machines used for this purpose create very powerful negative pressures (1 torr to 35torrs at sea level). Fat collection of the hips, thighs, buttocks, abdomen, arms, under the chin, upper torso, etc, can be reduced by this procedure.
Lipolysis is neither a substitute for dieting nor a cure for obesity. Persons with a reasonably normal weight and a young, healthy, elastic skin, but with extra localized fat in certain areas, get the best results from this procedure. This procedure is done under general anesthesia and usually requires one day stay at the hospital.
ABDOMINO PLASTY
A bulging abdomen invites comments like, “it is a sign of prosperity” or “she must pregnant”. For these persons, cosmetic surgery could provide the answer by abdominoplasty. This operation is helpful for women who after having children, have relaxed loose abdominal skin. It is very effective in those patients who have lost excessive weight by successful dieting but now have an excess of hanging skin in the lower abdomen.
During abdominoplasty, the fold of the skin is resected if someone also has excess of fat a combination of lipolysis is done along with the skin resection. At the same time of the abdominoplasty the abdominal wall muscles are tightened to restore the lost tone during pregnancy. This surgery takes approximately 2 to 4 hours and requires General anesthesia. The usual hospital stays 1 to 2 days, depending upon the individual’s response to surgery.
